This isn't a quiz
How do I send interviews to candidates?
You provide us with the email addresses you want interviewed and the role you want them to be interviewed for. We invite them to the interview via email. When they're done we'll give you their scores.
Can I use my own questions or do you supply them?
Of course. We can help you tailor your interview to the specific needs of the role at your company. We also have years worth of testing data which allows us to choose the best questions if you don't have any.
Can't people just use ChatGPT and cheat?
No, we test all of our interview questions to ensure that ChatGPT cannot provide answers which can pass the tests.
Do you do free trials?
We provide 10 free credits to customers so they can test out the product on real candidates.
Do you keep our data?
No. Once a customer stops their contract we delete their data within 30 days of the contract end date.
